MiAMBIENTE
MiAmbiente decides whether your project requires an Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) or other environmental approvals before work can begin. Authorities have often halted coastal projects that proceeded without the required environmental approvals. MiAMBIENTE is Panama's principal environmental authority and is responsible for administering and enforcing much of the country's environmental legislation.

MOP
